WisOpinion will take just about anyone's rant, won't they? They're quite open-minded. I've even seen them link to position papers from WPRI.
What they won't take is an anonymous blog post. They need a name. What's the sense in that? WMC seems to be doing just fine with lots of anonymous contributors, no? It's not like we need to know who's saying what. Everyone's money is good here.
