Well, it is common knowledge that drug addictions can lead to weight loss.

Keep it classy, Capper. For everybody else, here's how Rush lost all that weight: http://qwlc.net. 80 lbs or so since March.

hahaha MM received TWO checks, that's keepin' it classy ;)

So it's OK to dump on someone who gets addicted to prescription drugs if they're on the right, like Rush, but it's heartless to say anything negative about someone who gets addicted to prescription drugs if they're on the left, like Patrick Kennedy.

Nice double standard you've got going there.

when I first saw this I thought michael moore had eaten rush limbaugh

I followed that link to rush's diet, and among the claims are "no exercise".

Weight loss without exercise... amphetamines?

More class, eh, tpulley?

Do just a little research. Recent studies show that while exercise has positive effects on your overall health, weight loss is not one of them.

But go ahead, make fun of fat righties, and justify fat lefties, if it makes you feel superior.

It kinda makes Tom's point for him, though, doesn't it?

You can do it, it's just not as easy. All you have to do is reduce your calorie intake below your daily burn rate. Exercise assists in this twofold, by increasing your overall burn rate plus adding muscle (assuming you aren't just doing aerobics) which increases your resting burn (each additional pound of muscle burns roughly 50 extra calories per day). But it's not required.

Amphetamines boost your metabolic rate artificially increasing your daily burn rate.

Well, he should have gotten a second check (box 1) and a third check (box 2) for the fat in his head, which is more than the lard everywhere else.

Crapper and the puller are just angry that anyone could disagree with them.

BTW, the surgeon general says that MM is *not* overweight.

and that's why the surgeon general works for the government

Oh, but poor Michael Moore isn't responsible for his weight problem! It's because of the economically tough Reagan '80's! And, besides, back home in Flint he's considered skinny! It's all true, he told Oprah all about it.
