Actually, the Oilers moved to Nashville and became the Tennessee Titan. The Texans are an expansion team.

I think that's the point. Second Washington Senators were an expansion team as well. The originals moved to Minnesota. The broader point is, Al Davis is nuts and baseball teams can't win in Washington without Walter Johnson. And even then, it's rare.

Crazy Al also moved the raiders to LA then back to Oakland. So, it's a 'new' franchise that is the same name and same franchise.
